We accept many insurance plans, yet understanding your own unique plan and benefits is absolutely crucial. We will help verify, to the best of our ability, your benefits PRIOR to your first appointment. This is one of the reasons we require that intake paperwork be completed within 48 hours of receiving it, so we may have time to complete this task and relay the information provided. Many times, once an insurance claim is processed, it will be different from the information we (or you) received from your insurance company. Therefore, our initial information is a best estimate, yet not a guarantee. It's a difficult matrix of information, and we sincerely appreciate your patience! 

Currently, we have clinicians on staff who are credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (if your plan is Federal or from a different state, we still submit to ND), Sanford Health, Medicaid, and United. At times we make single-case agreements with other insurance plans such as Cigna, Aetna, Meritain, etc. We do NOT and do not anticipate to be able to accept Medicare or Tricare, yet we are working on contracting with the VA for veteran care. 

Our fees are currently $300 for an intake session and $250 for ongoing sessions.
